I have the Woodstock Vital Records and there is NO listings for either Richard or Andrew Smith.

BUT, they did have these two entries:

1. p. 363 Rofwel Smith & Tirzah Dodge both of Woodstock were Married in Woodstock June y(e) 25(th) 1788 by Biel Ledoyt Elder

2. p. 185 Tirzah Daughter of Rofwell & Tirzah Smith born November y(e) 9(th) 1788

Keep in mind that many of the old prints from Woodstock used the letter "f" for the letter "s"
