In my data base I have a Prudence married to William Hunt B.? but I think died 28 Feb. 1848. Prudence was b. 15 June 1762 in RI. William was HH in 1790 RI Census with 2 males under 16 1 male over 16 and 3 females....do you think this could be the same one? My William & Prudence were married in RI on 4 Feb. 1783 and some records refer to him as 'Col.Hunt' but I never discovered why they called him 'Col'.
