The DAR in downtown Washington has a copy of this volume. The library is now open on Saturday. Since you live in Maryland, a trip might be worth your while. I plan to go to the DAR library in the next few months and will keep your note.

If the book isn't helpful, you may be able to get microfilms of the actual town minutes through the LDS Family History Centers, and there are several in Maryland.
