WYLLY, Philander 1850 Pomfret,Ct.

From 1850 census town of Pomfret,Windham County, Ct. I found this:

Philander Wyllys 30m farmer b. CT.
H_______ " 26f b.CT.
Chas E. " 2m b.Ct.
Albert Fitch 25m Laborer b.Ct.
Lyman Fuller 45m " b.Ct.
A____L____ 35m " b.Ct.
Mary A Snow 33f b.Ct
Almira Snow 21f b.Ct.

Mary and Almira were sisters, daughters of Elias and Hannah Snow. I wonder why they are with Philander. Hannahs surname may be Willry or Wylly. Have not be able tofind out. Elias m. Hannah in Hartford,Ct. on May 17, 1815. They are buried in Ashford, Ct. Elias is not in the 1850 census, so I think he may have lived else where for a short time.
Philander may be a nephew of Hannahs. He is 25 yrs younger than she, so I doubt he is a brother.
Looking for any help at all on this family. Will gladly share what I have on the Snow family. Thank you.
