Hello. The 1900 census shows that Adelbert's wife birthed zero children and her 1944 obituary in the Hartford Courant (101 years old!) doesn't mention any children either. It has some other useful family information, though.

The other census years seem to indicate that Adelbert's parents were James T. and Sophia Tefft and his grandfather was Jessie Tefft. I found an 1859 death notice in the Courant that shows the wife of Jessie Tefft of Hebron was named Lydia.

By the way, I think I found the 1934 obituary of a sister of Mary Elizabeth Tefft, Adeline King. I can send that, too.
