I found one (head-of-household) with the surname Ahders in the 1910 CT Census. So he was still in Coventry in 1910:

Age: 61, Sex: M, Race: W
Birth Place: GERM
TOLLAND CO., OVENTRY
T624-Roll: 143, Part: 2, Page: 30
