Phoebe Howard- Abner Badger

Hi, I am looking for any information on a Phoebe (Phebe?) (W.?) Howard who married Abner Badger. The likely marriage date is 1801 and the likely marriage place is Union, CT. Because of this I estimate her birth date abt. 1780 and am guessing she is from the Union, CT area. They had 9 children: Electra, Almon, Anson, Lymon, Harriet, Alanzo, Julia, Loretta, and Clementine. The daughter's names do not appear in previous BADGER generations, are they a clue in the Howard lineage?

Does any of this fit with anyone's information?
