I didn't find William's parents but I found some possible clues that might help. Although you might have some of this info

I found a possible birth date for your William Briggs
31 Jan 1790. Also found a possible marriage date for William and Eunice 19 Feb. 1812. Being that these records are over a 100 years old you should be able to get them from the town themselves.

Eunice's parents may have been Jesse Vaughn and Phebe Johnson.

I also found other information that may indicate William and Eunice had other children. Eliza born around 5 Sept 1812 in Sterling Windham CT. I found info on other children but I am wondering if someone made some mistakes in copying the info.
