Fred A. Ratcliffe b. 1927 Waterbury> Any Info?

Frederick A. Ratcliffe was the son of Frederick Leo Ratcliffe and his wife Concetta. He was born in 1927 and listed in with his parents in 1930 Census. I have no info on him after that. His parents were divorced at some point..not sure when.
Frederick Leo, the father died in Vet's Hosp in Rocky Hill, CT in 1961. This is not a direct line so I haven't looked at any Waterbury records. I'm wondering if Frederick A. Ratcliffe died as a child? Is still alive?

I am direct descendent of Frederick A. Ratcliffe's Grandfather's brother. My Great Great Grandfather, Thomas Ratcliffe was sibling to William Ratcliffe b. 1851 in England. Frederick Leo is son by second wife Mary J. Shevary.
Family lived in Naugatuck for awhile.
