Yes I know that you are looking for a birth record of a female.....Females grow up to marry....I was looking at this that if you found a female who married between 1960 to 1980 time frame that there may be a marriage annoucement in the local newspapers that would give parents names that could help you make your search easier and less costly........It was just a suggstion...
