Ray,
Here is what I have been able to find so far.
Smith S Parker b. 1820 Roxbury, Delaware county, Ny per records of service of civil war, and death record from Ct. Married Susan H. Hollister of Ct. abt 1840. Smith Parker is the son of Amos Parker and Betsey ?. This is confirmed thru the will of Amos Parker 1834. I have found 2 Amos Parkers on the 1820 census for Roxbury Ny. Amos Parker and Amos Parker Jr. Believe that Amos Parker Jr is the father of Smith and that the other is the father of Amos Jr. And here lies my wall. Have found a internet reference for family of Amos Jr. That being Amos Parker and Lucia Culver had a son Amos who was born in Roxbury. Have not been able to find maiden name of Amos jr wife Betsey. have been stuck here for the past few years.
