Am doing research on the King family. They were living in Clinton in 1880. Andrew was 72 years old in 1880 and Ardelia was 55. I believe that Andrew may have died in the 1880s and Ardelia remarried (possibly to an Deacon Lay).

In the 1850s-1870s they were living in Springfield, MA where Andrew was employed at the Springfield Armory.

According to the 1850 census,Andrew & Ardelia were the parents of Hannah (born in CT) and Andrew, Jr (born in MA).

I found Andrew, Jr in the 1880 census living in Clinton, married to a Harriet L., with two children, Anna R. and Howard A. King.

Any help would be great.
