Hi Mary,
If you're asking was Samuel Ingraham listed on the 1830 in East Haddam, yes he was:
Samuel Ingraham
one male 10-15 years old
one male 20-30
one male 50-60
two females 15-20

There were two Taylor families in East Haddam
Wilson Taylor
one male under 5
one male 5-10
one male 10-15
one male 40-50
one female under 5
one female 30-40
one female 5-60
next door is:
Isaac Taylor
one male 70-80
two females 20-30
Is it possible the male 10-15 in Wilson's house was your Frederick? If he was 15 and they married in 1834 he would have been 19. Possible?
Bill St. George
