Watrous files looking for good home
Posted by: Leland Watrous (ID *****1318) Date: August 04, 2013 at 16:55:00

My father, Leland R. Watrous, had many notebooks and information from his many years of Watrous family research. Sadly, he passed away 5 years ago and our family would like to know if anyone is interested in the materials. We also have some hardbound books on researching geneaology and Connecticut. If you're interested, I may be able to photograph them and give more of an inclusive list of items. We live in Michigan and could either drive or send material to you.
I really hate to see his hard work tossed away. Of course, much of the information is probably online. He researched our lineage back to 1600's.
Our local library and Genealogy Society does not have room for the material.
Thank you and I welcome suggestions. The email listed is my email address.
