This is without doubt the same family. You have done me a great service with this additional information. Also now know he had a brother called Henderson. Yes please give me the 1891 census details you have located. Thanks a lot for going to this trouble on my behalf.
The Mrs Chambers was Mary nee Wiggins. Another kindly person who saw my postings was able to relate that Christine married in 1917 and Lizzie was subject to a couple of articles in The Hartford Courant September 1911 when it was stated Lizzie (and her siblings?) had ended up in care in County Home, Warehouse Point, Manchester?, Connecticut after her mother, a widow had died leaving a number of children.If that was accurate then Christopher and Mary chambers nee Wiggans must have died in few years after arriving and before 1910.
