John Easton Drake, married Dec. 22, 1796, Prudence Minor, in Torrington, Connecticut. I know that John and Prudence moved to Vermont from Torrington, Conn. Then on April 30, 1825 John E. Drake of Castleton, Vt., deeded land in Castleton to William F. Minor of Middletown (Vermont).
I'm trying to find the parents of Prudence and is she connected to the William F. Minor who bought land from her husband. William F. Minor was also from Conn.
Any help or leads will be most appreciated.
