Try searching google.com for such topics as - The Legal News, The Legal News of Fairfield county or Westport.

To my knowledge divorce announcements are not published in the daily paper. The county clerks office may be able to find her based on her SS #.

since a divorce is a civil action, she may have to appear in person and show some form of ID to get the divorce records. A fee will be charged, I'm sure.
