1920/30 census look-up please, Milford

I am trying to find the census that would include Edith Hope (YOUNG)Woodbury-b:1877 and Fanny (YOUNG) Gardener,(sisters).Fanny-b:1855 was a past grand matron of O.E.S.in Milford Conn.,(as of 1934).I dont know Ediths husbands given name but Fanny's husband was Alexander.I have a photo of a group of women in uniform.I believe the head woman to be Fanny. I am unsure if the uniforms were of the O.E.S.
