This is a tough one!
One thing that I thought of is that sometimes some people used old fashioned cursive handwriting where 's' looks like a lower case cursive'f' so could it be possible that the name is actually LAVERS?


I assume you have the WWI and WWII draft reg for George Fredrick Teetor. I saw them while searching for you .
