Roots and Edwards are common family names in my genealogy (almost entirely CT) and I think also Ames. I just moved (from NYC to Litchfield, CT) but somewhere in some lost carton, I have a book entitled "Descendants of Timothy & Rhoda Ogden Edwards" (can look up this stuff). Stay in touch w/ me.
