Jenners of Woodbury, Litchfield, CT c. 1680

My 7g-grandfather, Samuel Jenner, moved to Woodbury, Litchfield County, around 1682 and in 1684 married Hannah Hinman, daughter of Sgt. Edward Hinman of Guilford, CT. I am trying to determine WHICH Samuel Jenner this was.

One Samuel Jenner, son of Capt. Thomas Jenner and Rebecca (Trerice) Jenner was born in Charlestown, MA in 1669. In most online genealogies, he is listed as the husband of Hannah Hinman. However, that would make him only 13 when he purchased land in Woodbury and only 15 when he married. Not impossible, but unlikely.

The other Samuel Jenner, son of Richard Jenner and Hannah (Barrett) Jenner, arrived at about 5 years of age in the New World around 1650-1655 with his recently widowed mother. Shortly after arriving, she remarried to a John Coe (again, one of two men by this name, cousins).

I am looking for any documentation or conclusive evidence to determine which Samuel Jenner I am descended from.
