Lookup request - Marriage of John Holley & Mary ---, 1770s

Looking for marriage of John Holley (or Hawley) & Mary ---, sometime from 1774 - 1781. I'm hoping to find Mary's maiden name or parents.

John was born ca. 1754 and grew up in Salisbury, CT. He may have been living in Canaan, CT by the 1770s.

Their son John Holley (Hawley) Jr. was born in Aug 1781.

The family moved to Cornwall, VT no later than 1784.

John's brother Stephen Holley married Lucy (Hurlburt?) in Canaan, CT in the 1770s.
