I don't have access to any obits, but I did find your William on the 1930 census:
William E. Suzor, head, age 25, married at age 20, born New Hampshire, both parents French Canada
Florinda, wife, age 24, married at age 19, born Massachusetts, father NY, mother French Canada
Going back to the 1920 census, I tried New Hampshire and found no Suzors, so I tried Massachusetts and found the following:
Wrentham State School, Wrentham, Norfolk County Massachusetts:
William Suzor, age 14, inmate, born Massachusetts, father born French Canada, mother born New Hampshire.
It looks like there were dozens, if not hundreds of kids in this school, both boys and girls, all ranging in age from 9 to 19 (at least on the page where I found William).
I don't have the index to the 1910 census, but you might repost looking for help on that census for Suzors in New Hampshire or Massachusetts. Of course, this William may not be yours, but the age fits and I couldn't locate any others that fit. I also found in the 1920 census in Ludlow, in Hampdon County Massachusetts, a 7 year old Helen Suzor, listed as adopted daughter in the household of Thomas Hyland and his wife Helen. The 7 year old Helen was listed as born New Hampshire, both parents born New Hampshire. Neither of the adoptive parents were born in New Hampshire. Again, can't tell whether this Helen might be the sister of your William, but it has possibilities.
