I believe fluteville was a village that was on the thomaston torrington road(the old route 8). After the flooe of 1955 the army corp of engineers built thomaston dam and fluteville and part of campville were in its catch fluteville is no more....As far as records go I would bet Litchfield town clerk would be best bet....
