When did this couple live in Hartford County? (I needed this sentence to get the message accepted for posting.)
Can you give some idea of the time period? For example, late 1700's; mid 1800's.
An approximate date gives a reference point from which to start looking,which books to use, and even where to look. The more information you give, the greater your chances are that someone can find the information you need. There is a good deal of information available, but it is scattered all around the area, a few books in this library, and a book in that library. Names of family members, places, and approximate dates are all very helpful in finding and identifying the right person.
Thank you. I enjoy looking things up for people, but I will not spend alot of time searching for the information. I won't even try without a rough date. Possible locations are also helpful.
