Margaret,
There is a MRs Bridget Burns who passed away on Dec 16, 1915. (Per the Hartford Courant Obit) She was born in Ireland in 1873 and had sons Patrick, James, David, and daughters Agnes (Living in Glouster Mass) and Nelly.
Says she lived in Hartford for more than 40 years, Widow of John, and living at 51 Williams Street.
In the 1900 Census she is shown in Hartford as well with the same children. Is it possible this is the one you are looking for?
Do you have any other info on her? The age on this seems a bit off....
