Hello.
I went through the Historical Hartford Courant and found some items on George Hays, Jr.
An 1895 article on his return from a 16 month business trip to Russia for Pratt and Whitney (has a sketch of him).
An 1897 item on his impending business trip to Japan.
A 1902 item mentioning that he earlier had worked for Pratt& Whitney but that he moved to Boston to work for the American Trading Co. and now he was taking a position as general manager of the Edison Storage Battery Co. in Glen Ridge New Jersey.
A 1906 item which shows that he was residing in Bloomfield , New Jersey as of that date.
