OBITUARY
William F. Shepard, 36 years old,
died at his home on Woodlawn street,
Elmwood, last night, after an illness
of several months from heart trou-
ble. He leaves a wife and two chil-
dren, Edwin and Dorothy. He was
employed at the plant of the Terry
Steam Turbine Company as a drafts-
man. He was a memner of Charter
Oak Lodge, I.O.O.F., of Hartford
and the Elmwood Hose Company and
the Men's Union of Elmwood. The
funeral will be held this afternoon at
2:30 o'clock at his home. Rev. J.P.
Carter, officiating. The burial, which
will be private, will be in the Ce???r
Hill Cemetery.
