I do not know the parents of Frank Timothy. It appears his mother was Louisa Timothy, -that he was born in NYState (probably upstate-where they appear in 1870 and 1880 census). It looks like Franks father died or separated from the family before 1870. Fannie Timothy (Franks paternal grandmother ?)from Connecticut was living with the family in that timeframe. I suspect that Timothys father may well be from CT. Maybe a Civil War casualty ? As I recall, Frank died in a horrible commuter train accident in Rockland County, NY-and whether County records may confirm parents- I do not know.
