Fairfield County Home

I am hoping someone can give me advice as to how to go about getting Orphan records of the Fairfield County Home. I believe my Grandfather may have been listed there in 1900. His name was Lewis Dean. He was orphaned as a child. A Charles Dean was also listed on the Western NY Society for Homeless and Dependent Children, Cattaraugus County NY for 1900. It also lists a Myrtle (Myrtie) Dean as well on both. Any help as to where I can write or look for these records would be greatly appreciated.
