Dear Messenger,
Thanks for the reply. This is one book I had not yet found recommended anywhere. I'm off to look for it. The suggestion about the church donations makes sense too as the entire family was in the area and any or all of them could have supported the war that way. I will pursue it too. Again, thanks.
