Jane,

The 1880 census (Natick, MA)shows Mary, age 9, as born in Massachusetts. Her older and younger siblings also born MA. Father Martin is listed as a machinist, not straw hat business.

On the 1870 census (Plymouth, MA) Martin 26, Hannah 22, and daughter Hannah 2 are living next door to Ezekiel Ryder 63 and his wife and family. Do you have that information?

Martin is also listed as a machinist on this census.

Can't locate them on the 1900. In 1910, Martin, Hannah and daughter Hannah are still in Plymouth.

Who did Mary marry?
