There were lots of Jelliffsin Norwalk. Have you tried the vital records in the Barbour Index? On microfilm and in hard copy recently printed. I am researching my Pa(r)tricks in Norwalk/Wilton/ Westport. Thomas Jelliff is on a list of 42 Norwalk signors, male members aged over 16 years, at an organizational meeting of members of the Anglican Church then (1738) headed by Rev. Richard Caner.
