Seeking any information on James Parrott (Parruck) b. 17 JUL 1774, Stratford, m. Cate (Catherine) Gilbert at Easton 3 JUN 1793. Were his parents John Parrott and Sarah Hubbell? Cate's parents were Ebenezer Gilbert and his third wife Hannah Bennett. James and Cate removed to Litchfield County where they died: James in 1856 and Cate in 1854.
Who was the John Parrott (Parruck) who married Hannah Beardsley/Eunice Stewart? All from Stratford, CT. Where were they originally from? Cannot connect this Parrott family with either the SC or Canadian family.
