Just visited the Noblesville, IN Library and got the rest of the information on the 1870 census:

Scott Carson, age 47 - b. IN
Nancy J., age 34 - b. Rush Co., IN
Alfred L. Chew, age 13 - b. IA
Sarah J. Chew, age 11 - b. IA
Marietta Carson, age 5 - b. IN
Cora E. Carson, age 3 - b. IN

In the WPA Index to Marriage Records, Hamilton co., IN 1850-1879, Scott Carson married Nancy Jane Cruzan 22 SEP 1864.
