Kroesen to Crusan/Cruzan?
I am descended from Gerrit Dirckson KROESEN who died 7 Mar 1680 probably in Bensalem, Bucks, PA. He immigrated from Wynschoten, Netherlands and received a patent for 160 acres on Staten Island [NY] in 1677. Gerrit was married to Neeltje JANS on October 30, 1660. By the time we get down to my gggreat-grandmother Elizabeth the surname is spelled CRUSAN or CRUZAN. I'd like to exchange notes with anyone else descended from Gerrit Dirckson KROESEN.
