I am looking for any and all info on my grandfather Desiderio Cruz (b) Feb. 11, 1885 in Mexico ( Idon't know what city or town) (d) July 25, 1982 in Donna, Texas.
He married Angelita or Angela Nunez (b) Abt. 1893 in Texas.
They were married Abt. 1910 and had 6 children Benita Cruz (my mom, deceased ),Moises Cruz,Celia Cruz,Abel Cruz (deceased),Maria Cruz (deceased) and Jose Cruz. I am trying to find out if grandpa had any siblings and the names of his parents. There is a story that his father was beat to death and left in the desert and found a few days later by my grandmother and a son I believe. But I don't know if this happened in Mexico or Texas. I still have some living relatives in Donna Texas but because of a family dispute and the fact that they did not like my father they do not speak to us, those that we did have contact with are all now deceased.
