A friend wears a MIA bracelet and we are trying to locate an immediate family member.
The bracelet reads:
SSgt Raphael Cruz, USAF, from California, shot down over South Vietnam on Septermber 2,, 1963.

For those not familiar with these bracelets, they are worn, each with a different persons name on it of someone who was listed as missing in action during the war, until the person named is recovered.

We are seeking to find out if Raphael was ever recovered. Thanks for your help and if you know of this person, please e-mail me directly.
