I found Pinkney Cruse and wife Henrietta Cruse as first "colored members" at Beaver Ruin Baptist Church in Cumming, Forsyth County, Georgia, 1877. I'll keep looking to find where he came from. Most likely would've been Kentucky or Tennessee.
