David Thomas Cruse was my grandfather. He was born in the 1880's, supposedly in eastern Oklahoma.
I do know he married Nancy Jane Robertson in the Spring of 1903 or 1904 in the indian territory of Oklahoma.
They had four sons (Robert,William, Arthur and Louie) and two daughters (pearl amd Martha.
His Mothers' name was Mary Hancock/Cruse and I was told his fathers' name was William Cruse.
David Thomas died in 1934.
I would appreciate any info that pertains to David Thomas Cruse or Nancy Jane Robertson/Cruse.
Nancys' Mother was Martha (maiden name unknown) Robertson/Storts. She died in 1947-1949???
Nancy had two brothers (George and James/Jim) and two sisters (Belle Robertson/
Bebee and Elizabeth/Liz).
Nancy died Dec. 23rd of 1959 in Claremore Oklahoma. Rices funeral home in Claremore conducted the funeral. She was buried in the cemetery in Inola Ok.
I believe Nancy was born in or around Muskgogee Ok.
