Probably not a connection, but it doesn't hurt to try.
I'm looking for a Mary Crump who was born in Canada, married Charles McBride, had a daughter, Margaret Mary McBride in 1856 in Texas. This daughter would grow up and marry a man (Charles Duggan) from Louisana. Any possibility that my Mary is the Mary who was 14 in 1850?
