info regarding W. E. Crump 1st Speaker of the House in the new state of Texas 1836. Was the 1st and 4th speaker. Owned platation Crump's Ferry on the Brasos River (texas) 1860.
Married to Rosa Ballentine Crump sister of Richard W. Ballentine died Alamo.
Am interested in any information or conections. Grave site if possible.
Crump's Ferry can be found on maps of the time and is reprduced on many maps made during the Texas Sequacentinial.
