Daniel Crump had 2 wives. Elizabeth Fisher was his first. One son (from his first marriage) was Samuel T Crump who born 1820 and died 1854. His wife was Paulina Ann Cox. Samuel and Paulina had 3 children, one of whom is John T, born 1845 in Jackson County, MO, died 1927. This is documented in estate settlement records of Jackson County, MO. He and Nannie had several children. Lobb Cemetery Records for John T Crump (son of Samuel T & Paulina) read: "son of Samuel T & Paulina Crump, farmer, ox team freighter, Confederate Veteran, listed in Warren Welch's list of Quantrill's men. (List is housed in the Jackson County Historical Society Library and Archives, Independence, MO)" There are many errors in the Lobb Cemetery records. Much of the genealogy info in the records is supplied from descendants, but is not sourced, so there is a possibility this is in error. Nonetheless, that is the printed info that goes along w/John T Crump's burial information.
