Janiece, I did not do the following research, but according to WFT Vol 10 Edmund Crump who m Milly Nails was a son of William Crump who m Phoebe Crews (and 2nd Elendor May). Wm was a son of Edmond Crump (wife unknown). Edmond was a son os Charles Crump who ma Elizabeth ?, and Charles was a son of Richard Crump who m Francis ? & Sarah Pinchback. Richard was a son of Stephen Crump who m Susannah ?, and Stephen was a son of William Crump who married Mary Spillman. William was one of two sons of Thomas Crump b abt 1600 m Elizabeth Buck in Jamestown.
Your Edmond was b in 1805 in TN and Milly Nail was the dau of Joseph Nail and Ester ?. Milly and her sons moved to Texas in 1884 after Edmond's death. they had a total of 8 known children: John b. 1`830, Joseph b. 1832, Nancy b. 1834, Mason Nace Crump b. 3/25/1839d, ThomasEdmond b. 4/23/1840, Lafayette b. 1841, James Jasper b.1843, and Dawson b. 1845.
