I ran across the Historical Marker for this place a couple of years ago in Crump TN. It said that Confederate General Albert Sidney Johnston was killed there. I was not able to find out more about the name, but am also interested. I am further interested because my grandfather was Albert Sidney Johnston Crump! Let me know if you find out anything. Thanks -
