We have Mary Crump, born 1820, believe died between the 1880 and 1900 census'. Really isn't much to go on, is it? She married John Kidd who died in 1863. They had ten children, the last born in 1862. I'm surprised she didn't remarry as she had so many small children that needed taken care of, but she is in the 1880 census living with her two youngest sons, still using the name Kidd.
I found church records for the Green River Baptist Ch. In 1820 they mention Archer Crump, 1825 Romeo Crump and wife (nee Harper) - I later found her name was Rhoda, Dec. 1837 mentions an Emesetta Crump, and Nov 1837 a Margaret Crump. In 1821 a Jean? Susanna Pulliam was mentioned; it's been too many days, and I can't quite remember why that name meant something to me, have to go back over my notes.
Thank you for taking the time to reply to my message, I truly appreciate the help. r. unrein
