Sherry, sorry, but I don't think James Franklin Crump had a son named Otis. James had two sons by his first wife, Sarah P. Henry. They were Frank b abt 1868 and died young, and William Henry Crump b may 29, 1870 d 1956.
By Priscilla Parlee Tisdale he had four sons - Fames Franklin Jr b July 29, 1873 d May 6, 1932; (Albert) Sidney Johnston b Aug 10, 1878 d Aug 7, 1912, George Elbert b Jan 12, 1882 d Feb 16, 1959, and Robert Edward b May 26, 1885 d Dec 18 1949.
Pricilla's mother was "Fanny" - actually Frances Tobitha Smith. Her father was Elbert Tisdale. Fames Franklin Crump's father was John Franklin Crump and his mother was Charlotte F. Kendall.
