Looks to me like the Conrad Crump line. Conrad had a son, Daniel, b Oct 15, 1797 (married Susan Setzer). They had eleven children, and the fourth was Elizabeth. I have her born "April" 5, 1829, but suspect this is the one, but I do not have any further information on her.

Conrad was born in Germany in 1757, and died in NC in 1836. Daniel died June 6, 1879 in Caldwell Co, NC.

I could be wrong about this being the right Elizabeth, but the coincidence of the right day and year, along with the first letter of the month (which may have been picked up incorrectly by me or someone else)leads me to think this is the same one.
