Colonel Richard Phillip Crump gave his brother Colonel Charles Alfred Crump a sword. (The Sword of Colonel Charles Alfred Crump) @ 16thvirginia.org/History/Sword. There were other brothers also. I believe their father was George William Crump see the posting on this forum, George William Crump July 10, 2000. I am interested in further information on Richard, he was my gggrandfather.
