My cardfile has Seaton W. Crump, CSA, on tax list in 1809 New Kent, Presiding Judge of New Kent 1818. Source is presiding Judge of New Kent Co. Va in 1818 from Rev War pension application files. Hope this helps. I will do more research and send it to you. Beth J.
